A very good master's program

Because this master program is entirely in English, I will also write about my experiences in English. Overall, I would say that it's a very program for someone who is self-motivated and interested in many different aspects of neuroscience. During the first year, you'll be exposed to subjects like electrophysiology, computational neuroscience, optogenetics, etc. You'll also rotate through different labs as part of the mandatory modules. From start to finish, the program coordinators are very helpful and willing to meet often with students.

That being said, I would NOT recommend this program for someone who wants a detailed study structure with lots of coursework (lectures, exams, tests, etc.). This program is more of a master's in self-motivated research.

Nonetheless, Frankfurt is actually a neuroscience hub, so you'll have the opportunity to interact with many famous researchers and classmates/people from all over the world.
