Viel Potential aber schlechte Organisation
Ich fand das Studium am Anfang recht spannend und anspruchsvoll. Ab dem 3. Semester ging es für mich bergab, da plötzlich Studieninhalte, die absolut nichts mit dem Studiengang zu tun hatten, 90% des Curriculum genommen haben (Sense Project). In der Zeit hätte man mMn Kurse anbieten sollen, die tatsächlich was mit International Relations zu tun hatten (Public Affairs, Negotiation, International Law). IR in the contemporary society
I would recommend a bachelor in IR at Karlshochschule if you are person who prefers to study and learn through group works, pier to pier learning and class discussions. Studying at Karlshochschule teaches you think critically, collaborate with team members and respect cultural differences. 3rd semester student
As a 3rd semestre student I can confidently and honestly say that the international relations degree is a worth your time and money degree. Not only are the professors looking forward to help the students but the university itself wants to help students succeed. Also, the people at Karls are amazing.
We learn how to rethink our society
Critical Thinking and challenging the status quo is what we are in to learn for. The small size of the classes enables this, as well as the diverse modules from cultural studies to sustainable development to political philosophy. A great course all in all.
