Are of development

The seems to be good on paper, but the actual experience is a completely different story. Most of the learning materials is provided, and some can be found in the small library on campus. It covers all of the basic business modules with some interesting information technology modules.
Classes are small as this is not a very big university. Students are divided into smaller groups with classes at different times.
Despite the small classes, many lecturers are not very engaging. Instead they mostly interact with a small group of students and simply read form slides etc. It is not unusual for certain lecturers to show up late or reeking of alcohol. Meanwhile others are always well prepared and teach in an effective and engaging manner.

The student population is quite diverse, although many live out of town since Soest is a very small town. It is more like village. Very beautiful and lots of old building. There are several bus lines during the day, although there are no trams at all and buses do not run at night.
Organisation could be better. Critical developments and information is not always available to students, which can lead to a lot of confusion.

This school is still relatively new and obviously has a lot of potential.
