The university itself is a very great institution, but it does have some issues which they can improve make the experience even better.

More theory less Practical
The university handles the subject really well but the amount of practical study is less, and its more on the theory side. The course offered is good but can improve the grading systems, many a times the luck plays major roles, which should not be the case for students.
Wird dem Ruf gerecht
Die Uni Paderborn ist was Informatik angeht auf einem sehr hohen Niveau und kann mit Elite Unis in Deutschland sehr gut mithalten. Forschung so wie Lehre sind auf einem sehr hohen Niveau wovon die Studieren sehr profitieren. Einziger Nachteil ist die ungefilterte Annahme von Internationalen Studierende. Oft können diese Studierende nicht das Niveau der deutschen Studenten einholen.
Flexible and Effective
Very flexible course for Computer Science since there are no mandatory subjects. Projects and seminar are also very much helpful and informative. Its not just about passing the course but also gaining knowledge and experience. I too had opportunity to learn many interesting things.
