My experience with online semester
I'm studying at TU clausthal for a semester now. During the first couple of months classes were offline, but due to pandemic classes were made online. Facing difficulties attending classes never ending. Even though there were some advantages attending classes online, TU Clausthal never missed to engage students with the outer world, they conduct walk through the town, meet-ups once a while, which was a relief mentally and physically.
Good for theoretical study and research
As a foreign student, I got to experience a new culture. Almost all the courses are up to date and very fruitful. There are only a few courses to choose from and the number of students is very high!. If one puts effort, one can finish the master's in three semesters. But I will not recommend the small town Clausthal-Zellerfeld. it is very difficult to find a job.
Research oriented
My experience so far has been really well. I did mostly study the courses online yet the structure of online learning has been maintained well. The courses are informative and cover wide range of the domain and also provide us an opportunity to explore the field of our choice.
Good experience
Actually I am studying informatik right-now in TU Clausthal. It is overall good experience. I never get a chance to attend physical lectures but from this semester we attend physical experience and it is really good experience. We study online in the corona crisis but our final exam taken by physically. Our university is spread in whole Clausthal. There is lots of buildings of TU Clausthal.
