Very poor organisation

One of the poorest organizations I have ever seen. You are not allowed to study further if you have not completed one of the previous semester's subjects. However, that subject is only taught once a year. The professors never responded to emails, and there attitudes were very unfriendly. Elective invites people who have no expertise to teach. Many times in the Vorlesung they do not have a lesson plan and do not know what they gonna say in the lecture.
