Shortly -No!!! There are lectures like Electrical/Mechanical engineering, Measurement technology etc that are too hard for freshmen. Moreover the there is almost no way to graduate in 6 semesters when you have a mandatory, 15 week, full-time internship, the knowledge for which you get in 4th/5th semester. It nearly impossible to get a good internship before 5th sem, which also happens to be loaded with homeworks and labs. The lecturers could be considered lazy as they use other universities' works and make hard exams that do not correspond to the amount nor the depth of the scripts. Nonetheless, ok start-up studium for foreign students.
