New major in OTH and surprisingly really good

The course is a mixture of Mechanical and Energy Engineering. Electives are also helpful in boosting the knowledge of the students in their respective fields. Almost all kinds of green energy are included, making the course interesting and very good for the job market. Good exposure to some programming skills which are included in the course is helpful in the current industrial practices. (Python,equest, energy plus, node-red, java, solar,....)
The students agree that this course in OTH cannot compete with other universities in terms of quality and other stuff because it is new (I am the second batch!), but I feel that I am satisfactorily prepared for all kinds of renewable energies, at least in the basics. Projects could be carried out much more practically and with significantly more motivation from some lecturers.
