Project study

A practical project that I worked on with my four fellow students involved tackling specific tasks for Bayernwerk. Bayernwerk is an energy company that supplies energy within Bavaria, covering approximately 85% of the region. In the era of digitization, Bayernwerk has developed digital solutions and services for municipalities and business customers. Being the largest platform provider in the energy industry for municipalities, their goal is to achieve a similar status in their B2B business. Our tasks were to create use cases for their digital platform, focusing on functions that leverage the most popular tools today, including large language models (LLM), artificial intelligence (AI), and ChatGPT. Through research on the functionality of LLM, legal requirements for AI and data protection, and Bayernwerk's market (PEST analysis and personas), use cases were developed to attract more B2B customers.
