Disappointed

First semester lectures and lecturers were very disappointing. The classes did not encouraged active participation. For most of the lectures there wasn't a proper syllabus explaining the grading and everything. I also believe just having one final exam at the end is not good for the learning process, grades should be broken down into assignments etc. throughout the semester. But I am more hopeful for this semester. So far all the classes had proper syllabus, some uses the inverted classroom method and so on. However, most of the classes I am taking now are from Cognitive Science Master, so I guess the problem was more with the Graduate Training Centre of Neuroscience lecturers specifically. Not all, but most of them.
