Comprehensive and practice-oriented program

The master program is well structured and follows a clear goal which is teaching you how to understand connections and links within an organization and develop ways to overcome challenges. However, the program also gives a lot of freedom to realize own ideas for example in the form of projects which are not designed to run for a few weeks but for one or two semesters.
I personally really appreciated the possibility for realizing individual ideas as well as the fact the lectures have been very good due to all lecturers being highly experienced professionals and can provide a lot of insights during discussions in class.
The program requires some reading and is challenging you just the right way.

My memories of the time at HFU are just positive and I recommend the IMM program to everyone who is interested in a very international study environment, getting to know many different viewpoints, and prefers a wide range of different topics.
