Good digital lectures, basic content & okay profs

I am grateful for the people I’ve met during my study program, but unfortunately because of the pandemic we were not able to make use of the university facilities e.g., the small library, the student lounge rooms etc. In terms of the quality of the lectures, it’s quite basic and something that you can learn from YouTube videos so I don’t think it really is worth the money. On the bright side, I’ve made amazing friends at this university and the digital lectures are very flexible and practical. CBS has done a fabulous job in shifting from classroom learning to digital learning. Moreover, the people who work at CBS and some of the lecturers are friendly and know what they are talking about, but some of them are plain boring and not competent. So, expect to have a mixture of hits and misses.

Another word of advice, when it’s time for you to choose your specialization please make sure that it you pick something you are actually GOOD at and something that deeply interests you. That way you don’t have to force yourself to study. I chose “Financial Management” as my specialization and if I could do the whole thing over again I would have picked “Marketing Management” because that is what I am good at. Don’t feel pressured to choose something because others convince you to!
