Practical oriented learning
A field with lots of new things to learn!
In my opinion, studying Logsitics in FHWS was one of the best decisions i've made in my life. I get to learn so many interesting subjects, get to visit companies and do projects with them as well.
There are many technical subjects, management sujects and one law subject.
It doesn't end there. There are 2 projects that needs to be done before finishing the study program. There are possobilites to choose your desired project and work with that company as well. The advantage of these projects are you get to visit the company, make new friends from different semesters, learn the work culture and so on.
Logistics is a demanding field and FHWS has enough infrastructure and faculty to host bigger group of up coming students. The library at the university is very well organized and the students are given free access to many more websites and softwares. In my view, that is very helpful for the students.
The lectures are very supportive and adapt to new technologies well. In my university, online aids such as, dropbox, miro board, draw.io and so on.
Would highly recomend this corse!

Wie reagiert deine Hochschule auf die Corona-Krise?
My university is trying its best to bring back offline classes as soon as possible. But since the pandemic started, they have worked really hard to organize the online meeting, inform students about the covid situation, helping students connect with other students, arrange guest lectures, and so on.
Exams are usually offline, but they also offer online exams for a few subjects.
It would be great if all the exams were online, because if we can't travel back to Germany from our home country due to travel ban, we lose an entire semester.
I hope this will be taken into account from the next exams onwards.

Ich bin der Auffassung, dass es nur selten organisierte Studentenpartys gibt. -

Die meisten meiner Kommilitonen bleiben auch am Wochenende in der Umgebung und pendeln nicht in die Heimat. -
Meine Dozenten kann ich sehr gut erreichen.
