A degree with clear career prospects

My studies at DIU were life changing, which sounds dramatic, but that's the truth. It gave me the knowledge, certificates, and contacts which opened the doors I needed opened for a career in Germany. I especially appreciated how international my classmates were (the studies were in English), and their global perspective was clearly beneficial for studies in a global industry like logistics. The professors and teachers were mostly those from the German-language logistics studies at TU Dresden, so their ability to run a classroom and motivate the students was never in question. I especially enjoyed the access to the teachers. With relatively small groups (compared to the state-run universities), it was pretty common to enjoy the coffee breaks with the professors in the lounge. They actually knew our names! That would be pretty rare at TU Dresden where class sizes can easily be double. Finally, the location at the World Trade Center in Dresden is well situated, with public transport and the center of the city being just down the street. However, since it is not on a major university campus, the food and drink options were limited (except Thursdays when there is a farmer's market in the building). All in all, I would recommend this study.
