Lecturers with insufficient qualification to teach

Most of the English teaching Lecturers have been insufficiently qualified to teach their corresponding classes in the English language. On top of this, during the early semesters a lot of our classes consisted in the professor reading a PowerPoint slide which seemed not to have been updated in quite a long time. Some professors seemed confused by how the Macromedia expected them to teach and it inevitably showed during the lectures. It is a mix of poor preparation of Lecturers by the university and the rules or structure of their classes and a lack of fix professors who work full time for the university.
