Computer Science (B.Sc.)
Nice, but not challenging
So much repetition in the modules and years. I have a background in Computer science and everything is easy for me, but I still find the modules very repetitive.
Some modules are too uninteresting, like HCI. Many students are not paying attention because the lectures are dry, boring and repetitive. I know it's hard to be funny when your native language isn't English, but I think the teachers need to...Erfahrungsbericht weiterlesen
My own expeirence
So far, I really like studying Coputer Science at Lancaster University since we have a lot of practical excercises rather than theorical classes. We have labs in the campus where we can work on our assesments. The teaching staff is really nice and always looking forward to help students.
Great expierences
Courses are complicated but with teacher's help, it will go smouthly. There are enough workshops after leactures so students can do some exercise and ask teachers if they didnt understand anything throw the lecture. On campus there are plenty of things to experince during free time such as ping pong table, table football and gaming console to play. My study Experience at Lancaster
I am studying at Lancaster. The mode of study was hybrid until now because I couldn't attend F2F sessions due to delays in my visa. However, the experience was good but In my opinion the experience may be best when studying in the classroom. Some of the lectures were difficult to understand some were very interesting.
