Management, Leadership, Innovation (M.A.)

The Management, Leadership, Innovation (MLI) program addresses the growing importance of innovation in intercultural and digital contexts. It fosters interdisciplinary skills and promotes innovation-driven development in rapidly evolving sectors.

The Master in Management, Leadership, Innovation emphasizes interdisciplinarity, international exposure and practical experience through collaborative work in small teams. As a result, students develop a creative mindset, adaptability and initiative, as well as essential soft skills and foreign language skills. In addition, the program's structure and close interaction with the faculty provide students with valuable guidance during their specialization modules, helping them to decide whether to pursue an academic or entrepreneurial career after graduation.

Graduates can apply their knowledge and skills in a variety of organizations. They can take on roles as independent entrepreneurs in their own start-ups, work in regional small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), find positions in large corporations, or become involved in academic institutions.

The virtual info sessions take place online via Zoom every second Tuesday of the month at 5 pm.
