We are happy to take this as an opportunity to improve our program. We try to listen to students' concerns and respond quite immediately when concerns are communicated directly to us. In the last 1.5 years, a number of younger professors have joined our department. We had a change of ca. 30% of the scientific staff. Thus, we are improving in terms of language and digital competencies. Due to Corona, the digital infrastructure is updated. What characterizes our program is the amount of international orientation: There are many opportunities to engage in direct exchange with international students. One semester is set to spend on an internship (at home or abroad), or to study abroad. Another benefit is the multiple reference to sustainability topics (lectures in chemistry including diverse standards, CSR management, environmental management, improving work conditions). The textile and clothing industry is changing very quickly and we want our students to be well prepared for the market.
