Experience with study program

In addition to the comprehensive theoretical lessons, I would say there isn’t much else to note. Securing part-time jobs at shipping companies is quite challenging, and obtaining internship positions, which are required to complete the degree program, has also proven difficult.

We have visited several shipping ports, terminals, and various types of shipping companies, including those involved in container, bulk, dry cargo, and HeavyLift shipping, as well as logistics firms. These visits provided us with valuable insights into their daily operations. Additionally, during Sea Farers Day, we had the opportunity to engage with some sea farers, which was a rewarding experience.
