In Scientific instrumentation we study -in English - various subjects in different field so it is not focused program. We study Mechanical Design, Embedded systems, Optics, Physics, micro/nano technology, and Scientific computing. All these course are planned to be finished in two semesters but you can extend it, after that you have to do an internship in one of the previous fields, then in the last semester you should write your Thesis.
