Learning between work and study
It is a dual study program, which means that I work full time while completing my master’s degree at the same time. Because of this structure, my studies are closely connected to my professional experience. Many assignments and project papers are based on situations I encounter in my work, which makes the learning process very practical. It often makes me step back and look at my daily work more critically and from a more structured, analytical perspective.
At the same time, combining a full-time job with the academic requirements can be quite challenging. There are phases where work responsibilities, project deadlines, and research tasks all come together, so good time management and self-organization are really important. Also, since many projects are connected to the professional environment, progress sometimes depends on access to people or information, which can make planning a bit unpredictable.

Wie gut ist deine Hochschule digital aufgestellt?
In my experience, the university is generally well equipped digitally. Important documents and study materials are usually provided online, and many administrative processes such as registering for modules or seminars can be handled digitally, which is very convenient. Professors and lecturers are also mostly accessible via email or virtual meetings. However, the access to certain literature or academic databases can be somewhat limited, which mostly makes it necessary to search for additional sources elsewhere. In addition, some processes or communication can occasionally take time. Overall, the digital infrastructure works well, but there is some room for improvement.
