My experience
Studying the MSc International Management at the Steinbeis School of International Business and Entrepreneurship has been a very practical and career-oriented experience for me. One of the biggest advantages of the program is the work-study model, which allows you to directly connect what you learn in class with what you do in your job.
Throughout the program, I was able to apply many of the concepts from the courses to real business situations at my company. This made the learning process much more concrete compared to purely theoretical programs. The project-based structure also encouraged independent thinking and problem solving, especially when working on larger assignments and the master’s thesis.
Another aspect I appreciated was the international perspective of the program. Many topics focus on global business environments, cross-cultural management, and strategic decision-making, which are highly relevant in today’s international companies.
Overall, the program helped me develop both academically and professionally. It strengthened my analytical thinking, project management skills, and ability to work in an international business context.
