Change Management Experience

I chose my elective module topic to be "Change Management", and I enjoyed both phases of it given the contents, group works, and instructor's valuable knowledge and experiences. The topic is crucial to my career as I happen to work in rapidly varying environment where it is important to be dynamic and able to manage changes and make sure to maintain strong principle values along the way.
Additionally, another good experience of SIBE is the research plan steps that sort out the research components in a good structure and help writing down all ideas and theories and reflect on them with the given literature, and make it readable and easy to comprehend.
