Der Studiengang "International Automotive Engineering" an der FH Aachen bietet eine praxisnahe Lehre.
Professor:innen haben zum Großteil eine langjährige Praxiserfahrung und vor allem die jüngeren Professor:innen sind sehr motiviert, die Inhalte auf einem aktuellen Stand zu halten und aktiv moderne Lehrmethoden zu integrieren.
Studierenden werden gut auf die Berufspraxis vorbereitet. Eine intensivere Auseinandersetzung mit neuen Antriebstechnologien sowie aktuellen Entwicklungen wäre allerdings wünschenswert. Das Themengebiet Fahrwerktechnik ist leider gar nicht bedacht.

The study has two semesters in each you need to write six exams + corresponding preexams, practicals, homework, etc. -> so it is definitely a study where you need to stay focused and engaged!
Most courses are very application-oriented. E.g. You will learn how to handle software used in industry etc.
The most interesting part of the study are classes where guest lecturers are invited.
