About ICS in Msc (English)
First of all the it is 100% in English. As a foreign student, I am so glad that I chose Information and Communication Systems in TU Chemnitz. In addition, after graduation, finding a job will be quick and easy due to the department contains both Computer/Software Engineering and Electronics/Communication Engineering. The most fact is, if you are going to choose/apply here you need to study more than the other departments. But it worths!!
