Good but more practice needed

The program covers all parts and processes of HR management. However, it is too theoretical and some parts could be more practical (for example recruiting, sourcing, headhunting, employer branding etc). The courses are not demanding and we usually used slides for learning. Some lecturers are ingenious, while others are not so invested. Communication was generally very well, both with lecturers and study program coordinator and director. It would be good that the university provides practical part in comapnies as part of the program.
