The program itself begins with a very intensive first semester designed to bring everyone up to speed academically and establish a solid foundation as an ecotoxicologist. Afterward, the well-rounded curriculum offers the opportunity to focus on specific areas of ecology, economics, or data science. Furthermore, practical projects—ranging from meta-analyses to fieldwork—provide an excellent opportunity to gain initial insights into real-world research. The entire program is completed with a master's thesis, which, with the right motivation, can also be presented at conferences or published.
