Studying Computer Engineering has provided me with strong theoretical and practical knowledge in programming, networking, and embedded systems. The program improved my analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and technical skills through projects and laboratory work.
Spannendes Studium
Die Kurse waren nicht zu groß und das Verhältnis zu den Lehrenden sehr gut. Die Veranstaltungen sind in der Regel sehr spannend, könnten jedoch einen besseren Praxisbezug haben. Durch die Schwerpunktwahl kann man sich aussuchen worauf man sich spezialisieren möchte. Zum Ende meines Studiums sind allerdings einige sehr gute Professoren gegangen, weswegen ich nicht weiß wie die Nachfolger sin.
Python, data visualisation, web development
Developing web applications, development of visualisation dashboards, seminars, master thesis and assignments. Also mini project where you get a good working environment. Overall the students are also very passionate. The staff are super supportive and skilled.
Informatik course gist by an International student
I started studying Master in Computer science in the summer semester 2022 at Universität Paderborn and I would like to share my experience so far with the course.
My course is basically designed for two years containing 8 modules, 2 seminar, a project group and finally my master thesis.
