Perfect course to get into biophysics!

The course offers a perfect start for students coming from different backgrounds to study biophysics. Coming from a physics background, the course was very helpful for me to understand research in biology through the biophysics lectures and labs. The specialization courses offer you to really pursue your varied interests, from advanced microscopy and optics techniques to hands-on experience in biological research fields like protein biology and behavioral physiology. The course structure of 2 semesters for compulsory courses and labs, and 2 research semesters for lab rotations and a master’s thesis give you a good amount of time to study and learn with enough freedom given to opt for research internships outside the university. I would definitely recommend the course for someone wanting to get into biophysics or applied biology/physics research in the future.
